Rare antique Punch & Judy children's toy in original box. Marked "Made in England" and "Patent Applied" on the face of the box and the tin toy. A cast of characters appears painted on the background of the puppet theater toy. The Punch and Judy metal figures are movable by use of a simple metal "trigger" at the bottom. Inside of the box features a whimsical set of instructions.
Condition: Some light wear on the tin, including a scratch from the left trigger. Attached by a brad at each side of the box, with right side brad missing. Box is torn at the edge and has some discoloration or age.
