1981 hand decorated porcelain vase by Takahashi Kashmir in San Francisco. Body has an ornate multi-color floral pattern against a dark blue background with cloud motif. The rim is painted gold with a red patterned border. Base is marked "Kashmir / Takahashi / San Francisco / 1981 / Hand Decorated."
