Ornate antique c. 1880's Victorian locket with a miniature oval portrait of a young woman on porcelain in the center. The top has an elaborate scrolled design. No monogram or markings. Locket opens by popping the knob out and it snaps back to close securely. The interior holds an oval frame that is held by a hinge. No chain is included.
Condition: Shows aged patina and light wear on the outside. The inside shows some wear mostly on the edge. The back has one dent, as pictured. The glass on the interior photo holder is cracked. The interior is not plated, and plating is worn off the knob on the front used to open the locket.
